By accessing or using MejuHire ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service or its content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• Upload content that infringes third-party rights or contains malware
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our written consent
• Use automated means (e.g., bots, scrapers) to access the Service beyond normal use

We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you have violated these terms.

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis according to your selected plan. Fees are in the currency stated at the time of purchase (e.g., INR).

• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We may change pricing with reasonable notice; continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.
• You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your use of the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you upload (e.g., job descriptions, resumes) and for ensuring that you have the right to use and process such data in accordance with applicable privacy and employment laws.

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to such collection and use. You must also comply with applicable data protection laws when processing candidate data through MejuHire.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. AI-powered matching and recommendations are tools to assist you; you remain responsible for final hiring decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MejuHire and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of data, profits, or business opportunity) arising from your use or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We may modify these Terms or the Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date, or by email where appropriate. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
